Thank you for showing keen interest towards I Can International School. Please go through the application process as below. Kindly note since we only take 20 learners for every grade, the priority will be given to those who pay the registration fees and send us the filled application along with the required documents.

Procedure

Take an appointment by phone or email and visit the school. We always encourage both the parents to visit us with the child, to get a feel of our environment and people.

Our team will take you around and spend time with you, to understand your hopes and expectations and your child’s aspirations and dreams.

If the family and the school find each other compatible, we will complete the admission formalities and confirm your child’s enrolment, since we have limited seats.

Please note original documents to be shared for verification.

Documents required for Indian Learners

• 4 passport & 4 stamp size photographs.
• Original and photocopy of Aadhaar card of both child and parent.
• Original and photocopy of child’s birth certificate.
• Submit a copy of previous 3 year’s assessments reports (applicable from Grade 2 onwards).

Documents required for Foreign Learners

• 5 passport & 5 stamp size photographs.
• Original and photocopy of passport and visa of both child an parent.
• Original and photocopy of residential agreement (rental agreement).
• Submit a copy of previous 3 year’s assessments reports (applicable from Grade 2 onwards).

Registration

• Parents need to apply by submitting a filled application form and pay the non-refundable registration fees as mentioned in the fee structure. The fee structure can be obtained from the Office.
• The application form and registration fees can be either submitted online or to the office along with copies of supporting documents as mentioned above.

Assessments

• Students applying to classes from fifth grade and above may be required to take baseline assessments for Maths and English.
• Final decisions regarding admission are subject to the principal’s or director’s discretion.

Fees Structure

• In order to block a seat, we need you to submit the filled form online on our website and pay the registration fees. Alternatively, you can also visit our school and complete these formalities.
• We also accept cheque or Demand Draft or Online transfer. Please reach out to office in case you have any doubts.
• Fees for uniform, transportation, text book (Grade 1) onwards.

Additional Services on payment

• I Cue Book kit, playgroup to Grade 3 , Extended stay for playgroup to UKG, Language support if needed.
• Board exams charges for Grade 5, Grade 8, Grade 10, Grade 11 & 12 (AS & A2) are separate and additional. The amount varies based on the subject or streams the student chooses.

Guidelines for Parents

• Parents are requested to follow the guidelines of learner hand book thoroughly and strictly.
• Parents are to ensure that learners wear their school uniform as per the guidelines provided in the learner handbook.
• Fees structure - should you choose to pay quarterly, annually or monthly – follow the payment rule strictly and make the payment on or before 5th of every month. *(Monthly payment options are available only to selected and existing applicants).
• It is a mandatory for parents to share a valid parent phone number and email or guardian contact co-ordinates with which the school can reach out in case of emergencies.
• Kindly send snacks box and water bottle with the child. Vegetarian hot lunch is provided here at school.
• Kindly use the school app to keep yourself informed about your child’s attendance and updates from school.
• Kindly note that any communication from school to the parents will be shared via SMS, email, or through the school app.
• Parents who are traveling abroad are requested to plan their holidays based on school’s academic calendar, that way the learners are not missing out on their curriculum.
• It is mandatory for learners/Parents to attend school PTM's, events and competitions held by the school.
